What a blessing Miranda and Handy Helper Cleaning have been for my husband and I. We recently relocated to Florida after living near Savannah, Georgia, for six years. During that time, I struggled with serious health issues and, after years of doctor visits, was finally diagnosed with allergy-induced asthma. It turns out I am severely allergic to Georgia pine trees and dogs—something I never knew despite absolutely loving dogs. Because of my allergies, I was very concerned about moving into a home that had not only housed dogs but had also been used for dog sitting. Wasn’t aware of this until we picked up the keys. I needed a deep cleaning on short notice, and she not only came through—she exceeded every expectation. From the beginning, her focus was on making our new home as allergy-free as possible. She kept me updated throughout the day with before-and-after photos and cleaned places I never would have thought to address myself. She even recommended a grout and tile cleaning service and contacted the company before calling me to confirm they could come out the same day so our home would be ready for move-in day. What impressed me most was that she had absolutely nothing to gain from the referral—she was genuinely concerned about my health and well-being. Her attention to detail was incredible. She pulled out and cleaned behind and underneath the refrigerator, stove, washer, and dryer. She wiped down walls, cleaned behind toilets, and even removed toilet seats to clean underneath the bolts. Every nook and cranny received careful attention. In all my years of hiring cleaning services, I have never experienced such thoroughness. The results were amazing. In fact, on move-in day, my husband and I grabbed some takeout, and I accidentally dropped my waffle fries all over the floor. Instead of panicking, I picked them up and ate them—something I would normally never do! (No ketchup was involved, thankfully.) I felt completely confident that the floor was that clean. While it may not have been one of my finer moments, it is a pretty good testament to the quality of her work. My husband and I are incredibly grateful for her dedication, professionalism, and kindness. We also deeply appreciate your recommendation for the grout cleaning service, and also for calling in your associate in the afternoon to get it done all in one day.
